I founded Sam\'s Kitchen, who make gingerbread men that wear fashionable clothes, when I saw some gingerbread men in a top London department store and thought I could do better. So I went home, taught myself how to bake and started supplying the largest farm shop in Sussex. When I was organising a charity gingerbread house competition someone advised me to enter Young Start Up talent (it\'s like Dragons Den but for young people.) I entered, did my pitch and won worth of business services and the rest is history. Now I supply gingerbread men nationwide to some of the country’s largest organisations.
