I currently work as a Teaching Assistant, where I specialize in supporting autistic, ADHD and many more psychology syndrome students and promoting their psychological and educational development. My role includes: Providing individualized support to students, helping them engage with their learning materials in a way that suits their unique learning styles. Assisting with behavioral and emotional challenges, creating a safe and supportive environment to help students manage stress and navigate social interactions. Developing tailored strategies to support the psychological development of students, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence. Collaborating with educators, behavior analysts and psychologists to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student’s needs. Monitoring and tracking student progress, offering feedback and suggestions to adapt teaching methods and strategies accordingly. Promoting social skills and independence by working with students on their communication and interaction abilities, both in and outside of the classroom.
