As Vice President, Auto Operations, Ritesh leads the development and implementation of Waypoint\'s Auto Branch Strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall Auto Strategy. Ritesh oversees the maintenance and growth of Waypoints auto revenue and expand market share by monitoring, guiding, and enhancing branch performance in targeting, activating, and acquiring new Waypoint clients. Ritesh also works to identify compelling new business opportunities, including those through the Contact Centre and other digital platforms.
