I am passionate about coaching and leadership. I have been working in hotels since I was 18 years old and have fell in love with assisting people and making sure every guest is enjoying their visit. I grew up playing sports (Baseball and Basketball) and enjoy working in teams to obtain the common goal of success. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and try something new by moving to Las Vegas and jump-start my career in the hospitality industry. After graduating from SDSU I was able to obtain a position at the Front Desk of The Mirage Hotel and Casino. I have always felt that working in Las Vegas is a great way to learn hotel operations at a high volume and fast pace.
