As Director, Impact Measurement & Reporting at Sun Life, I lead the strategy and execution of measuring and communicating the social impact of our sustainability programs across Sun Life Canada. I work closely with leaders across the Canadian business to embed social impact measurement into our processes and empower our teams with data and insights to drive innovation. Key responsibilities include- Designing and managing the overall strategy for collecting, analyzing and reporting on sustainability impact data across qualitative and quantitative sources- Creating measurement frameworks and methodologies aligned to best practices to quantify the impact of our signature community programs- Partnering with Finance, HR and others to integrate social value metrics into core corporate processes and decision-making- Producing analytics, insights and visualizations to inform stakeholders across Sun Life and identify new opportunities to magnify our impact- Developing KPIs and dashboards to track performance against sustainability goals and external benchmarks- Representing Sun Life\'s sustainability efforts externally and bringing best practices back to the organization- Providing project management leadership for key sustainability initiatives.
