My design research team bring numbers, stats to minimise learning curve, and solve design through maths and stats. My design science team brings UX, emotions, reactions, and user-habits to understand color philosophy, study design acceptance and human habits to take care of nurturing, addiction, and build connection with the brand. Picking a one liner idea and turning into an exciting carefully executed product with the right design is what is backed by research, experience, behavioural science and analytical thinking which helps me draw a reliable map that minimises risks for the product’s success. I drive my teams with riveting energy and extreme positivity. Exhibiting adventurous excitement, inspirational leadership, and a pinch of humorous quips and wordplays, I believe that a vibrant but challenging, rapid but reflective and humorous but respectful environment bonds teams in an exceptional way and gives the teammates a deeper sense of inclusivity and creative space.
