About Mrnalini Ranganathan
I am an incoming PhD student in Educational Studies at Indira Mahindra School of Education, Mahindra University, Hyderabad. I worked as a Program Coordinator(formerly Diploma Coordinator) at the Centre for Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Banyan Academy of Leadership in Mental Health, Chennai. I previously worked as a Guest Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai. I hold an MSc in Educational Psychology and BA in Psychology, Sociology and English from CHRIST(Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. I qualified UGC NET for Assistant Professor in Psychology in 2022 and Admission to PhD in Psychology in 2024 and GATE 2025 in Psychology. I have published 3 research articles. I am open to collaboration on School Mental Health, Trauma, Grief, Adult Learning, Curriculum Design, Climate Change, Social Justice and Psychological Vulnerability
