Involved implementing it in six operating companies, and was acknowledged by DFRA to be “industry-leading”.• Managed the team of 17 staff through considerable business change and reorganisation and still achieved Gallup Employee Engagement scores of over 4.2 (maximum score is 5)• In 2011 persuaded the company to introduce a brand standard and brand image to all own-brand product instruction manuals.• Nominated by peers to represent them on the People’s Forum for the whole organisation in 2014• Was asked by the company to be the company’s representative to the local Trading Standards officers. From time to time this involved attending the Magistrates’ Court as an Expert Witness.• Was awarded the Best of the Best 2004 Award for Commercial Manager of the Year.• In the face of strong internal opposition, persuaded the Main Board support to approve the use of the company websites when a Product Recall was required.
