Following an acquisition of Nuance Communications, I continue my journey with Microsoft as a Technical Specialist for AI based Healthcare solutions. As a technology specialist, I engage with and guide clinicians and healthcare professionals towards choosing the right AI and Microsoft technology. Engaging early as part of the sales function, I address a client’s needs by listening to their feedback, understanding the pain points and offer advice and guidance. This is a senior position responsible for demonstrating solutions to prove capabilities and concepts, demonstrating logic and architecture to client scenarios, acts as an orchestration point to resolve blockers in order to achieve results, and providing overall proposal development to support the procurement process.
