Working with Blackmagic, BirdDog, Startek, DJI, Datavideo, Kinoflow, Quasar Science, Apature and various other technology partners- Developed strategy and business case for equipping, training and upskilling Comms Officers in MMCP (Mobile Media Capture and Production)- Developing business proposals for specialist video tools employing AI and machine learning. Automated redaction, automated branding and video indexing with metadata generated by Azure Cognitive Services- Developed online training and internal comms tools using Microsoft 365 including booking system, work request forms, Teams, channels, and Sharepoints. Automated FAQ and basic social media admin with Power Virtual Assistant, later replaced with copilot. Video hosted and deployed via MS Stream channels with centralised text searchable transcriptions taking user directly to relevant content - Vimeo and YouTube integration for external disruption. Power Automate connectivity and realtime reporting using Microsoft BI- Created viral video content detected and requested for use by the Home office for use in national recruitment campaigns across digital and TV.
