I am an Assistant Systems Engineer at TCS with hands-on experience gained through structured technical training and project-based development.I joined TCS in December 2024 and completed a four-month training program covering MERN stack, Python, AI/ML, and database technologies. During this training, I worked on the design and development of an AI-based resume–job matching system aimed at improving traditional Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).The solution focused on contextual analysis of job descriptions and candidate resumes rather than keyword-based matching.
