   Good Grief, Inc

   I lead Good Grief\'s research and evaluation initiatives to ensure that all programs are research-informed, evidence-based, and rigorously measured.My current research project is examining grief and its impact on mental health, interpersonal and social dynamics (family, workplace, school, social networks), and the moderating impact of peer support.I am spearheading Good Gruef\'s evaluation drive, which includes updating existing data collection instruments, initiating newer, in-depth, data collection methods to hear back from our participants, volunteers, and school communities. I analyze and interpret this data for Good Grief\'s internal and external stakeholders such as the board and the program team, funders, donors, volunteers, and the community at large. I also present and publish findings at academic, industry, and policy conferences and publications. My research is also used to develop scholarly and experiential content on various platforms. These raise community awareness about grief and position Good Grief as a thought leader in the grief space.I collaborate with academic institutions, research institutes, independent researchers, think tanks, nonprofits, consortia, and community leaders to build symbiotic relationships.
