   Responsible for overall delivery of projects for the Sleep & Respiratory Care division in line with QMS and PDLM process as per the agreed multi-site Quality Agreement. Product Life Cycle management for Respiratory Care installed base of products.• Responsible to lead the creation of the Project charter, Integrated Project Plan, Project Schedule with detailed work breakdown structure to manage the project scope.• Responsible to own the project schedule for timely delivery managing the detail project Gantt chart, analyzing critical path, major workstreams and intersecting milestones. • Responsible to direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks and developing/executing contingency plans.• Responsible for resolving any conflict, project issues or road blockers as appropriate.• Responsible for coordinating with the multi-disciplinary cross functional team (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory,) located across geographies and managing project deliverable to realize results. • Responsible for working with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the program is fully compliant with the Quality System, FDA design controls, and global regulatory agency requirements. • Responsible for qualifying products with new suppliers & release to production. Manage the obsolescence and product issues to ensure business continuity and revenues. • Responsible for providing ongoing project status reports to the business leadership team preparing standard status reports and presenting on status update meetings, highlighting opportunities and risk mitigations. Expedite projects/programs that cater to immediate business requirements.
