Commercial Bank Production and Infrastructure Management (PIM) provides end-to-end service delivery for all Commercial Bank applications. Our Mission is to provide value to our clients through technical leadership in development and delivery of both fully optimized standards and innovative information technology solutions to support the needs of the various applications within the environment. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, I oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure as well as Cloud, Data Center migration within the standards that have been defined by the firm. My Roles and Responsibilities include the below : •Data Center Migration Program – Manage the multi-year program for moving all Commercial Bank applications from 17 corporate Data Centers into 3, including modernization of some to private and public cloud • Assist the Commercial Bank AD teams cloud integration using both on premise and public cloud solutions(AWS, Google Cloud) •Help guide application teams to most appropriate infrastructure solutions as well Manage Infra F •Develop project plan and execution approach to help guide application teams to most appropriate infrastructure solutions •Work with Portfolio Manager, Global Technology and Application Development teams to select core team, communicate approach; present plans and gain sign-off from the business and PIM leadership •Conduct project/phase kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project expectations and ensure that all project team members perform effectively •Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process, identifying risks and taking corrective action as necessary •Technology Lifecycle Management Program – Manage the multi-year program for remediating all Commercial Bank applications off prohibited operating system, web and database versions onto new, approved versions. Manage the Infra Financials and report it at the CTO and CIO level
