My role involves- Overseeing the development and deployment of next-generation smart and specialized defence equipment- Spearheading innovation in weapon and ammunition management systems, blast containment solutions, and portable earth-covered magazines- Managing key partnerships and business development efforts to expand our market presence both domestically and internationally- Ensuring compliance with the highest safety and operational standards, aligning our solutions with the needs of the armed forces and paramilitary units- Driving product development from concept to completion, ensuring robust, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
