Meetings regarding new projects; systems performance, planning and maintenance; and contract procurement, performance and modification.• Establish robust policies, procedures and business rules with respect to toll collections systems, revenue collection and back- office operations.o Ensure Corporate Intelligence & Security operations.o Stake holder management & Proactive liaison with Govt & Law Enforcing agencies.o Negotiating with Union for implementation of policies in the Organizational interest.o Preparation, implementation and review of formats and systems for the toll plazas to ensure minimum leakage, smooth and efficient operations of daily toll collections, accounting processes, MIS formatso Adhere to health and environmental compliances and ensure quality control / quality assurance.o Implementation and review of systems and processes for maintaining the tolling system and the accuracy and uptimes of AVC, cameras, bar code readers, HTMS etc. and related MIS.
