ABOUT MRINALIKA VATS

Having grown up in a family where quick conversation with strangers turn into long-term friendships, I ace the art of interpersonal communication. I have always thrived in an environment where I work with cross-functional teams, being able to learn and explore new things every day. When I am not working I love to dance. I hold a professional degree in the Indian Classical dance form Kathak. As much as I like stage performances I also had the honour to teach dance in my own little dance school and it was undoubtedly the most thrilling experience for me. I take pride in the fact that I\'ve handled upto 60 toddlers at a time. Therefore my patience and humility shouldn’t come as a surprise to you. Managing my dance school also helped in enhancing my skillset, particularly Business Communication, Business Development, Managing Events, Content Development, handling Social Media and Networking.After pursuing management and polishing my strengths, I now work with the first payments bank in India; Airtel Payments Bank. As a Key Account Manager I manage partnerships in the AgriTech segment as well as study the farmer population to assess their needs, get to know more about innovative products helping them with their production and where can a bank assist them in digitising their entire value chain. As a part of my job I get to interact with multiple AgriTech companies, FPOs, farmers and other innovation-leading organisations and I thoroughly enjoy every moment of it. In addition I also work on getting into strategic partnerships with the right Technical Service Providers.Since the world is evolving and so am I, I am here to connect with people who share similar interests and are keen to explore more.
