ABOUT MRINAL RASTOGI

I’ve come to see my work as being the \"connective tissue\"- linking people and priorities, helping leaders turn complexity into progress that feels achievable and human.I first learned this lesson in hospital hallways, working with doctors and nurses as new digital systems came to life. On paper, it was about workflows and processes, but what I really remember are the conversations. A clinician worried about having less time with patients. An executive weighing tough choices. Those moments taught me early on that change isn’t just about technology, it’s about people, and how we choose to support them through it. That belief has guided me ever since. Over the last 8+ years in consulting, I’ve partnered with CIOs and senior executives across 30+ countries, helping them navigate transition, align global priorities, and create spaces where leadership feels less isolating. Today, as Global CIO Program Manager at Deloitte (and Chief of Staff to our program leader), I guide CIOs through transition, support leaders as they step into new chapters, and shape conversations that land in boardrooms worldwide.Earlier at Deloitte Canada, I saw how a single introduction could grow into a partnership that transformed how teams worked together and unlocked new opportunities. Whether in banking, agriculture, infrastructure, or technology, the lesson has been the same: transformation lasts when people move forward together.I’m grateful for my training as an Engineer and MBA and for the certifications I’ve picked up along the way. But what defines me most is curiosity, empathy, and the privilege of building trust with leaders and teams. Outside of work, I find perspective in travel, joy in cricket with my team, and resilience in training for my first marathon, all reminders that growth is a journey best taken with others.
