Guidewire PC, BC & CC ImplementationClient - CAA & Echelon | 30 MonthsRole - QA Manager (E2E Delivery)Project DescriptionThe overall goal of the CAA QA work stream is to ensure the quality of the Guidewire 10 implementation of PC, BC & CC product such that it is production ready with all the streamlined integration points for active and migrated/converted data including reporting, document production and content management supported by new infrastructure. QA encompasses all testing activities conducted by different teams, which will be detailed out as part of each work stream.Roles & Responsibilities• Managing end to end delivery of testing services for Guidewire 10 Guidewire PC, BC & CC Implementation for major Canadian client- CAA• Handling a team of 30 + test professionals• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure consistent processes are setup across various work streams• Client management, Financial Forecasting, Resource & Contract Management• Understand project schedules, review effort estimation, manage resource allocations & QA Delivery• Primary focus on New Business functionalities, Premium validation in GWPC, Rating, Discount & Surcharges, Underwriting issues, Coverage model, Claim creation and validating claims after retrieving it in PolicyCenter• Participation in Requirement walkthrough, Daily Scrum Call & Defect Triage Meeting• Reviewing Test Plan, Test Strategy, monitoring Test Execution progress, preparing Test Summary & Defect report• Continuous monitoring of Metrics /SLAs & follow-up• Guide Automation team to identify regression suite and automate scripts• Identifying Risks, Issues and providing Mitigation & Contingency plan• Update project forecast every month till the end of the year based on business opportunitiesValue Add•Streamline Defect management Process in Echelon Program and implemented Automated Defect Compliance reporting tool•Implemented automated Status Report which is integrated with TFS & JIRA
