With over 30 years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven company owner who specializes in manufacturing and exporting PTFE products, fabric-reinforced polyester resin piston / rod guide strips, and guide bands. I founded Novelty Engineered Compounds with the vision of providing quality and affordable products to suit the needs of different profiles in various industries. I am also the owner of Novelty Art and Krafts and Novelty Impex, two other ventures that reflect my entrepreneurial spirit and creativity. I have an MBA degree and I value continuous learning and innovation in my field of expertise.As the company owner at Novelty Engineered Compounds, I oversee all aspects of the business, from production to marketing to customer service. I have developed various import substitute products for the Indian market, and expanded our export business to over 40 countries across the globe. I have also established the NOVENCO brand as one of the leading names in the PTFE products industry. I leverage my skills in new business development, sales management, and marketing strategy to create and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners.
