Currently working as a Sourcing Specialist in BGIS and have handled various categories including Snow and Grounds, Waste Management, HVAC, UPS, Generator etc. across Canada.• Handle sourcing project from scope creation and approval, identification of potential vendors, vendor communication and onboarding, RFX (RFI, RFP, RFQ) creation and launch on MERX, followed by vendor responses analysis, negotiation and recommendation.• Manage vendor communication, resolution for vendor disputes and non-conformance• Create vendor service contracts, facilitate negotiations between vendor, category and legal team and execute contracts.• Manage project timelines and provide regular reporting on progress, pending items and issues to manager• Due diligence of vendors on parameters such as financial stability through DnB, and health and safety, workers compensation, cultural compliance etc. through complyworks.• Preparation of RFX documents such as scope, pricing matrix, mandatory requirements, contract and award letters• Liaise with category teams to gather site details, incumbent performance report, create site visit schedule and communicate with vendors to facilitate their participation in RFX events, gather and resolve vendor queries and concerns, assessment of technical responses in RFI and RFPs.• Perform detailed vendor bid and response analysis, vendor scorecards, sourcing scenarios, and recommendation on the best engagement strategy and preferred vendors with premium or cost saving opportunities.• Create contract documents and amendments for contract extensions or any modification with clear details of price and service terms• Undertake sourcing initiatives to generate sourcing efficiency, cost savings and spend optimization
