I am a Co-Founder & Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Learn & Design Semiconductors (LDSemis : https://ldsemis.techsimplifiedtv.in/), where we help academia, enterprises, and ecosystem partners build industry-ready semiconductor talent and programs aligned with real silicon workflows.In my TPM role, I own end-to-end program execution—from technical roadmap definition, curriculum and solution architecture, stakeholder alignment, delivery planning, and risk management to execution tracking, quality assurance, and outcome measurement. I work closely with industry experts, trainers, enterprises, and institutions to ensure programs are technically rigorous, commercially relevant, and delivered on schedule.With 16+ years across Synopsys, Texas Instruments, Invecas, IP manufacturing, EDA application engineering, and semiconductor research, I operate at the intersection of deep semiconductor technology and scalable program execution, bridging engineering depth with business objectives.Across my career, I have led and mentored engineering teams, established best practices, resolved complex technical challenges through structured discussions, and fostered continuous learning through training and mentorship.
