As a UX Lead at Adobe Experience Cloud, I help the pre-sales team deliver Adobe solutions to its customers through engaging and effective user experience journeys. I have a Master\'s in Design from IDC, IIT Bombay, and over eight years of experience in the design industry, working on various projects and domains across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.My core competencies include in-depth qualitative and quantitative user research, creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual design, motion graphics, and micro UI animation. I use various software tools such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch, Invision Studio, and Axure RP to create and communicate design solutions. I have also published papers for international HCI conferences, have three granted patents, published 2 HCI papers and won a best paper award for my work on accessibility and security for blind smartphone users. I am passionate about creating user-centric and innovative design solutions that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
