Over the last year, I have been instrumental in building the Adobe Commerce practice, defining, developing, implementing, and optimising comprehensive, innovative, and scalable solutions, strategies, architectures, and frameworks to drive success, growth, and excellence in Adobe Commerce projects and engagements across both B2C and B2B.Key Responsibilities include:• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for building and growing the Adobe commerce practice, aligning with the organisation\'s goals and market trends.•Mentor and lead a team of Adobe Commerce Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration & success.• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and teams to identify, understand and address business requirements and objectives.• Actively involved in pre-sales support, assisting the sales teams in shaping, designing, presenting and demonstrating tailored Adobe Commerce solutions and proposals to win new business opportunities.• Evaluate tools and extensions to enhance the functionality and capability of the commerce platform
