My current role supports the development of technical capability and training excellence across the UK’s new nuclear programme. I specialise in developing and delivering technical training sessions focused on EPR (European Pressurised Reactor) technology systems, implementing the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodology to ensure high-quality, competency-based learning aligned with industry standards, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture.Previously, I gained extensive hands-on experience in piping design, fabrication, installation, commissioning as well as shell and tube heat exchanger maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry.
