ABOUT MICHAEL REINSCH
I’m a passionate software developer & architect with a background in software engineering and computer science.Professionally I’ve been building web based solutions since using Ruby since 2006 with Ruby on Rails following in 2008. I love working on general architecture and backend topics and used a wide range of tools and technologies there. On the frontend side of things I have experience in ember.js since 2014.Early on in my career I realised though that technical expertise (while very important) is not the only determining factor for success of a project. It’s equally important that the team continuously deepens their understanding of the market, the users, their problems and is able to adapt. I find it very important to foster a safe environment of continuous ideation, experimentation, learning and introspection which is key to achieving this. My references are the Agile Manifesto and Lean software development.I work best when I have a very good understanding of the big picture. Then I can dive into the details and figure out the missing parts as needed.
