Insulet Corporation, headquartered in Massachusetts, is an innovative medical device company dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod® product platform. The Omnipod® Insulin Management System provides a unique alternative to traditional insulin delivery methods. As part of Insulet\'s Security and Privacy Operations team, my role covers a variety of risk and compliance areas. These include: • Leading Insulet’s new Cyber Risk Governance function, building our risk management capabilities through the development of policy, process, system tooling, and proactive stakeholder engagement. • Implementing a new Unified Risk Management Management Framework that incorporated multiple global standards and compliance frameworks across cyber risk, compliance, and privacy. • Implementing a new GRC solution to align with the newly developed Cyber Risk Management Framework, utilising security control profile, asset-based control maturity assessments, self service risk intake processes, and standardised risk reporting capabilities. • Implementing, and managing, a new Actions/Findings Management program to ensure that risks are effectively monitored and appropriately mitigated once identified. • Supporting internal and external audits, including ISO 27001/27701 and CSF assessments. • Strategic planning activities to ensure technology risk is assessed and incorporated into Insulet\'s current and future roadmaps
