We\'re an early-stage startup working on LiDAR services and drone manufacturing, and my role is to make sure the world knows who we are and why we matter.I\'m building our marketing team from scratch - finding the right people, setting up simple but powerful systems, and creating a clear brand voice. I design and run go-to-market strategies, launch campaigns, and build our digital presence so we stand out in the industry.I work closely with our founders to connect marketing with product and operations, making sure everything moves in the same direction. My focus is simple: build a brand people trust, a team that delivers, and a business that grows.
