About David Tran

I have spent my career at the intersection of business, ministry, and community because I have never seen them as separate things. They are all the same calling, wearing different hats: serve people well and help them grow. I love building things. Organizations, ideas, teams, and most of all people. Few things give me more energy than watching someone discover what they are good at and grow into it.The place that forms me most is home.My wife Ginny and I are raising five kids: Banks, Lila, Colbie, Lincoln, and Callum. Our youngest, Callum, was born with Down syndrome, and he has changed the way our whole family sees joy, strength, and what actually matters. We homeschool through a Classical Christian education, travel together when we can, and believe a good meal around a full table is one of life\'s great gifts. This is where I share what I am learning about leadership, generosity, and building things worth building. If any of that resonates, I am glad we are connected.

   Set the strategic direction of the organization while overseeing day-to-day operations and execution.∙ Build a team culture rooted in shared mission, developing people and trusting them to lead.∙ Expand organizational reach through partnerships with donors, investors, and faith-based organizations, growing from 8 to 12 cities and engaging 620+ local leaders quarterly.∙ Champion the belief that real estate can be a vehicle for genuine community transformation, with collective leadership influencing residents, employees, and tenants daily.∙ Produce the National Summit and a portfolio of signature events, convening 785+ business leaders and developing a multi-summit strategy to expand the organization’s national footprint.
