About David Levine
My professional experience spans financial services, private equity, wealth management, commercial real estate and executive management, bringing together over $1.4B of investment capital and mezzanine debt, to acquire or invest into over $2.5B of commercial real estate properties and funds, 1031 exchange, non-traded REITS, alternative investments, traditional and renewable energy projects, equity Funds and debt funds. I have over 18 years of experience in product development and strategy, financial due diligence, and building traditional and online private placement distribution platforms to service the Broker dealer, RIA, family office, HNW investor and institutional investor channels.
