Update voter change of address information, and signature validation (signature forensics) per the latest revised \"Mail Procedures Manual\".Verify registrant\'s information is current and correct for ballot mailing, and assist with \"facing\"- arranging envelopes containing ballots brought in from runners servicing drop sites into long trays for digital imaging/scanning. For the May 21, 2019 Special District Election: process returned ballots that USPS was unable to deliver, and file in alphabetical order. Assist in large mailings.Scan ballot I.D. barcode into voter registration system to update status.(May 2022 Primary) Processed Voter Notification Cards (VNC) as part of the USPS NIXIE Project.Sept. 2020: Learned procedures for in-house proofing of hard copy, html and.pdf election ballots, following precise checklist to make sure each ballot accurately includes all the necessary information.November 2020 General Election: processed exorbitant number of voter registration cards and attempted to verify as many as possible signatures.
