As I have a strong automation background, I support the execution of process optimization projects with long-term business implications through facilitating agile software development.I have successfully led project teams across the financial, industrial, oil/gas, medical and consumer products sectors. In my most recent position in Business Process Optimization, I guided software development teams to deliver automation across our Middle Market Commercial Insurance sector using agile software development methodologies. Together, we delivered the process flows, software requirements, risk management assessment/mitigation and business rules from planning to execution.When conducting an end-to-end process review, I apply a holistic analysis to measure and test business architecture and multi-activity work processes. I have developed the ability to ask the right questions to drill down to identify core requirements and project parameters to determine the resources necessary to meet business requirements and service level agreements.
