I’m about to break a cardinal rule, right here in front of you.The first rule of marketing is that your product or service, as well as your audience, should be specific. Very specific. And that’s usually true. It’s probably what I’d tell you to do, honestly.But I\'m going to flout conventional wisdom. Sometimes one must.Bottom line: I do many different things and I do very them well. I’m a web designer, a software developer, an author, a direct response copywriter, a content strategist, a marketing consultant, and a partridge in a pear tree.Seems like I wear a lot of different hats. I do, and the results speak for themselves.* I’ve designed and built websites that have been viewed by tens of millions of people.* I’ve written books that have sold tens of thousands of copies and generated millions in sales.* I’ve written custom payment gateway software from scratch that has processed tens of millions of dollars in payments.* I’ve coached high-achieving business owners and individuals in digital marketing, storytelling, and audience-building.* I’ve written promotional copy for national brands, publicly traded companies, coaches, and New York Times best-selling authors.* I’ve designed automated marketing strategies for individuals and companies across a variety of fields including industrial, self-improvement, automotive, staffing, insurance, productivity, marketing, and many others.* My boutique web hosting company reliably handles dozens of popular websites and countless millions of visits per month.* I’ve written and published more words than I could possibly count (but it’s a lot).I’m equal parts wordsmith, computer nerd, and digital marketer. I’m a high school graduate with no formal training in English, computer science, marketing, design, or any other discipline. I also hold no degrees or professional designations. I just try really hard and I don’t give up. I assume success will come with the correct mixture of dogged persistence and creative thinking.    Supports the web team by providing technical support during and after website development, oversees and performs site migrations and deployments; troubleshoot, and quickly resolve infrastructure issues related to website hosting, security, and site reliability. Additionally, I provide technical direction and expertise for both internal staff and clients. Finally, I create instructional content and custom software development for both internal projects and client sites, as needed.
