My technical experience is both broad and deep, spanning business architecture, applications, tools, databases, middleware, security and infrastructure. For the past 3 decades my focus has been on Oracle’s largest and most complex strategic accounts, such as Unitedhealth Group, Stryker, Trane Technologies, Thermo Fisher Scientific, The Walt Disney Company, PayPal, Qualcomm, eBay, AT & T, Comcast, Merck, Starbucks, E*Trade, UBS, HP, Nike, Netflix, Roche, UBS, Fluor, The Hartford, Wells Fargo, Apple, Cisco. I have presented at key conferences such as Oracle Open World, Oracle Enterprise Architecture Summit and the Oracle Applications User Group as well as local and regional user groups internationally. I am the author of several white papers and training classes, have been a key contributor of best practices in various technical communities. As an enterprise architect, I lead teams of technology specialists to architect customer-specific solutions. This includes facilitating detailed discovery, moderating internal discussion, analyzing pros and cons of competing alternatives, documenting the architecture and finally conveying this to stakeholders. I have led architecture engagements on topics ranging from cloud computing to enterprise security, IT strategy, applications strategy, SOA strategy, data warehouse optimization, modernization, data center strategies and enterprise architecture.
