About Ben Greene
The majority of my experience has been in establishing and guiding teams in the creation of original IP games. I absolutely can not get enough of the satisfying creative experience that comes with building something from nothing. When not doing this for work, I am often developing original IP on my own time as well. My passion for establishing comprehensive and teachable vision for the projects I am part of propelled me from my early career as a concept artist into my current career as an art director. As a director, I have lead art teams on multiple games, each with their own distinctive look. I have enjoyed working on a variety of projects that include mobile phone and tablet, pc/console, and VR platforms. I firmly believe that the people who make up our teams are to be treated with respect and decency and that as a result, we all work better as a team to achieve excellence in creativity and shared experiences. While I have my personal preferences, I have gained a skill for creating and developing games in different art styles. From dark and gritty to approachable and stylized, I engage in the visual design that is strongest for the product. This continues with how I pursue story, audio, and overall product attitude. I am experienced in working with both large and small publishers as well as internal and external clients. Product pitching, marketing guidance, brand identity and cohesion, team hiring, and artist training are some areas I have enjoyed and found success in :)
