If I had to describe my work in one sentence, it would be this:I make complicated financial systems feel simple for the people who use them.Over the last few years, I’ve worked across digital banking, lending, and enterprise CRM ecosystems, helping teams build products that are fast, intuitive, and meaningful — not just functional.I didn’t enter product management because I loved roadmaps or writing user stories (I do now). I entered because I am fascinated by the way a tiny improvement in a workflow can save someone hours… or a seamless digital experience can make someone feel genuinely cared for.At Aavas, I lead product for the Salesforce-powered lending platform across 300+ locations. I’ve redesigned underwriting journeys, automated risk checks, and delivered releases for 18 months straight without a single major defect. More importantly, I helped teams breathe easier — fewer escalations, fewer surprises, and far more confidence.Before that, at AU Small Finance Bank, I helped build AU0101, a digital banking platform that brought people online in just six months.
