I am an experienced TDM & Project Management Coordinator with PRINCE 2 Practitioner Certification & Scrum Master, having 13 years project management & support experience in the Telecom & IT Industry. My Mission is to help businesses not just manage projects but also improve their processes to deliver projects with amazing customer experience.I have worked in over 50 medium sized projects and 10 large projects in a team of 20 people for many high profile government projects like SPINE, London & Southern LSP etc for more than 10 years.I am proud of being part of Technical Delivery Manager\'s team where we helped BT save more than £100M in NHS project by working to help improve project management processes & deliver multitude of projects from Start to Exit phase.Its been an amazing 13 years Project Management and delivery experience in IT space.
