BioRamesh Manickam is a senior design leader and researcher working at the intersection of industrial design, intelligent systems, and autonomous experiences.An alumnus of IIT Delhi, he designed the iconic Thunderbird motorcycle in 2001 at Royal Enfield. In 2004, he founded Centroid with a vision for meaningful, responsible design, delivering 450+ products across sectors.His startup Cozart, focused on lightweight concrete décor, was later acquired by the Dalmia Group.Currently at Siemens, Ramesh is a Senior Key Expert in Experience Design, specializing in human-centred autonomous systems, intelligent interfaces, and future world interfaces. Conceptualized and established the XR Design systems, consistent Siemens Design language for Extended reality applications.He is a TED Fellow (2009), International Young Design Entrepreneur (British Council, 2006), and a recipient of multiple design awards, including Good Design Award (2014), CII Design Excellence (2019), and recognition in the IF World Design Guide(2016).
