My career spans strategic operations, academic governance, large-scale project management, & institutional transformation—across defence, academia, & international collaborations.As a retired Captain of the Indian Navy, I led mission-critical operations, managed advanced aircraft systems, & steered complex projects—such as aircraft acquisition & modification in Russia—demonstrating technical expertise, cross-cultural leadership, & operational precision under pressure.In higher education, I served as Chief Administrative Officer & Secretary to the Board of Governors at Indian Institute of Management Kashipur (a Higher Educational Institute of National Importance under India’s Ministry of Education). There, I led policy formulation & execution, campus infrastructure expansion, academic operations, & governance—contributing to improved national rankings & long-term institutional impact.Currently, I am a Visiting Professor at PSG College of Technology, teaching avionics & contribute to curriculum design, workshops, research mentorship, & international conferences.My academic path includes dual PhDs—one in Electrical Engineering (Automation & Robotics), & another in Psychology (Personality, Resilience & Stress)—plus a Master’s in Management from the University of Liverpool, UK.
