Along with managing multiple projects simultaneously I\'ve also had to manage IT teams to continue the 24/7 support work. I\'ve managed all aspects of teams; performances, budgets, communications, roadmaps, etc.My experience and achievements include such things as:* Researched, justified, and led a $650k project to implement a Data Virtualization platform. This saved the company an immediate $1M in contractor services. Plus, it saved in hundreds of thousands of additional dollars of future ETL and data warehousing support work. My role included the following; requirement gathering, selecting a vendor, securing the funding, building the project team, and oversee the project teams deliverables.* Implement Enterprise Dashboard – the purpose of this project was simply to bring decision making data in front of senior management. The first delivered visual widgets displayed statistics on how effective investments are in Smart Grid devices. My role was selecting the visualization software, securing contractor resources, and managing the tasks of the development team.* One of 3 members of the Business Process Committee that documented the Agile software development process for the company.* Oracle ERP implementation – A $13M project. My role as IT Development Manager was managing the budget, resources, and deliverables of the development team to successfully program over 350 development objects.* Oracle ERP upgrade - PM in all aspects of the project including: selecting key team players, managing task schedule and assignments, maintaining budget, reporting progress to stakeholders, implementation, and post go live support.
