Understanding what they need, getting into the ideation process, helping them shape their vision and picking the right products that actually work for their brand.From there, I coordinate with our logistics and ops team to keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. Timelines, production, and fulfillment are handled, so the client never has to stress about the details.But my favourite part is what comes after. The follow-ups, the check-ins, making sure they\'re genuinely happy. Because the goal was never just to close a deal. It\'s to be someone they actually want to come back to.
