Also, Have to Do MSA Study for Selective Gauges & Instruments.Have to Prepare the PPAP Documents for Newly Developed Parts During Pilot Batch Submission. And Same to be Review on Regular Basis If There is Any Process Change Takes Place During Regular Production or Due to Any Customer Complaint.To Prepare The 8D Report For Customer and Internal Complaints With Why-Why Analysis by Taking Necessary Corrective and Preventive Action to Avoid Future Problems.To Monitor 4M Change and Record Based on Any Changes That Take Place During the Production Process.To Do SPC Study for Critical Parameters to Maintain The Stability of the Process.Able to Face, Various Customer Audits & Provide Evidence & Actions Implementation Based on Their Observations & Non-Conformities Respectively.
