Coordination with Landscape architects consultants, EC dept. making tree survey, review of landscape designs & drawings including plant selection & specifications, Preparation of cost estimate for proposed project* Making BOQ with respect to budget, Quotation Calling, Comparison, negotiation with supplier and Contractor and finalization of Estimate as per management’s requirement and Taking Approval from DGM landscape / AVP ADD / Director.* Interface with in-house architect’s dept, ECC dept, purchase dept, engineering dept, electrical dept, maintenance dept, costing and account department* Allotment of work to Sub-ordinates, execution of landscape work, marking and onsite placement as per drawing, coordination with contractor, supplier, and site execution team monitoring maintenance activity, marking execution changes as per site conditions on drawing and coordinate with in house landscape architects.* Checking measurements and certifying bills, reviewing contractor and vendors payments requests and invoices for accuracy, obtaining final approvals and ensuring payments.
