I am a Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant-in-progress and Change Management Specialist, currently pursuing WFS certification while working on US project Microsoft’s Hourglass program.In my current role with Wipro, I act as a WFS modules (Time, Attendance, Scheduling) SME for scheduling, timesheets, rotation patterns, auto-scheduling, developing training material, and supporting WFS implementation while also leading change management initiatives such as training, communication, and Impact assessment.
