Senior Executive Pump Testing & Product Validator/Analyser (Specialization: Centrifugal and POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMPS), Rahul; Parit Current job/responsibilities Currently working as a Senior Executive in Pump Testing Department in WILO Mather and Platt pumps ltd pune India from March 2017 to till date. Responsibilities: Perform Testing of pumps and checking HYDROLIC PERFORMANCE as well as mechanical performance parameters of pump w.r.t. customer requirements as well as standard data. Responsible for the new product Standardization and validate the new product series which is reliable and ECO friendly. Perform NPSH Test and validation of product. To proactively co-ordinate with other departments to improve the processes and reduce cycle time and increase the productivity. Currently enguage for efficiency improvement of the pumps Offering the pump (i.e. testing the pump) to the END CLIENT for checking and showing that our product is reach your entire requirement. And get confirmation from them. Order related engineering activities of the multistage pumps for Oil & Gas and Power generation segment, water treatment type pumps. Other Departmental Experiences in Mather & Platt- Co-ordinate with marketing, sales, Design & Engineering departments to ensure smooth execution of projects. To study and plan the process for the assembly of new pumps types. Co-ordinate with Project Management to plan for in process, Assembly Line, Third party inspections and Final inspection activates. Overall involvement until successfully completion of the projects. In Procurement-Maintaining Co-ordination & Integration of activities among Functional depts. Like Design, Engineering, Project Mgmt. & Production Professional career: Experience-(Total -6 years, 10 months approx.)
