Complex leasehold acquisition including renegotiation of terms with Birmingham City Council and relocating telecoms occupier. Led design team and contractual negotiations with BAM. • Friary House, Cardiff: Secured planning for 585 PBSA units. Design stages 3 & 4 being progressed in readiness for construction.• Stokes Croft, Bristol: Sourced and secured joint venture with site owner occupier to deliver planning for a new commercial and PBSA development. Provision of in house Real Estate Director services to owner on temporary relocation of business.
