As an integrative psychotherapist working with Bupa, I provide remote, one-to-one psychological support to clients presenting with a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties. My role involves drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches — including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural models — to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, develop self-awareness, and support meaningful change.Key responsibilities include:> Conducting initial assessments and formulating treatment plans> Delivering time-limited, outcome-focused therapy> Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional standards> Working within safeguarding protocols and ethical frameworks> Supporting clients with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement and relational difficulties
