I actively look for opportunities to mentor, unblock, and elevate the people around me, and I’ve found that strong programs are built by teams that feel supported, respected, and trusted.For me, this translates professionally into leading complex, high-visibility programs with calm urgency — establishing governance, creating operational cadence, and ensuring leaders have the insight they need to make decisions.
