Working hard for something we don\'t care about is called stress. Working hard for something we love is called passion. As a Director of Recreation and Activities at Montage Deer Valley it\'s been a privilege to lead a team that has created lifelong memories to its guests and associates. I lead the commendable execution of guest ski experiences, bike rentals and Montage Expeditions. My passions are I am a global competitive cyclist who has raced in Russia, South Africa, and all over USA. This year\'s highlights are a mountain bike stage race in Andorra, completing Unbound 200 for my fifth time, and obtaining the coveted Leadville 100 mountain bike race belt buckle again. In addition, I am a Former Public Figure Manager of Security, and former Diplomatic Security Services Team Leader with 8-years of demonstrated “hands-on” experience managing personnel, providing overseas supply support, and as a leader of the U.S. Embassy Marine Security Guard detachments in Afghanistan, South Africa, and Russia. Served as a Marine Corps Embassy Security Guard providing anti-terrorism, counterespionage and facility security for the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. Proven problem solver possessing recent and past operational experience and technical skills in stressful, high paced environments. Mentors teams to foster an environment of collaboration and enhance overall mission accomplishment. Holds Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph.
