My mission is to create positive, lasting change in the lives of young people by building educational environments and community partnerships that empower students to exceed the limitations often defined by statistics. I am committed to the belief that all children, regardless of background, have the capacity to achieve success beyond societal expectations. With over 24 years of experience in educational leadership and school development, I strive to develop purpose-driven programs that actively engage students, parents, and communities. My work focuses on cultivating a culture of high achievement, resilience, and opportunity, particularly for inner-city youth. I am dedicated to building sustainable pathways that support generational success, and I continuously seek opportunities to learn, grow, and lead with integrity in service of this vision. I believe that through collective action, intentional support, and high expectations, we can transform lives and create brighter futures for the generations to come.

   Male Incentive-Based Network serves as a clearinghouse of organizations geared towards the holistic development necessary to accomplish specified goals. These goals include enhancing the economic pool of urban community growth, emotional wellness, civic engagement, and developing social and professional outlets to enhance the resiliency and vision of minority males in inner-city neighborhoods. I work with school leadership to help mold practices around the intangible measure of identifying the achievement gaps and building a culture that alleviates those obstacles. I provide professional development for staff and parent workshops that help build champions for students. The Male Achievement Network has been in existence since 2002. We have secured grant support from several Fortune 500 companies and provided opportunities and support to inner city males in the Chicagoland area.Soul Child Clothing, Co. is an urban apparel brand that was started as a fundraising agent for the incentive-based program, but took a life of its own. Now operating as an athlesiure company that produces high quality street wear (tees, hoodies, sweaters, shoes, etc.) and a conduit for youth seeking to learn the fashion business.
